Schudła ponad 90 kg w rok! Bolesną przemianę pokazała na Instagramie

Simone Anderson prowadzi swojego Instagrama pod nazwą "W drodze do zdrowia". Jej droga to miesiące pracy, diet zabiegów i operacji plastycznych.

W rok schudła 92 kg, dzięki diecie i intensywnemu treningowi. Dodatkowo poddała się zabiegowi zmniejszenia żołądka, podniesienia i powiększenia biustu, a przed nią jeszcze plastyka obwisłej skóry.

It's been nearly 3 years single I made the decision to change my life and my life style once and for all. After nearly 10 years of yo-yo dieting I decided this time needed to be a lifestyle change and something I could stick to for ever. I cut out processed foods and tried to eat as balanced and as clean as possible while still enjoying life. Two months into my journey I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery and this helped me regain portion control and stop my overeating. I have lost a total of 92kg from 169kg to 77kg. I exercise every single day for at least an hour and love my new active lifestyle! I have had skin removal surgery to help reduce some of the lose skin I am left with but still have quite a lot left as well that I am teaching myself to love more and more and see it as a reminder of just how far I have come! I have been asked a lot lately about how my scars are healing, what I have used on them and what they look now two years on from my skin removal with @drrepta_plasticsurgery. My scars have healed so well, I barely notice them anymore there is no colour left in them and they are not raised at all, I also have full feeling back to the areas. I haven't used any treatments on them long term I have tried a few one off treatments but never managed to stick to any! I couldn't be happier with my results. Another thing I want to touch on again is confidence. "How can I be confident like you?" Or "I wish I have your confidence!" Are comments I hear all the time. Like everyone in life I had my insecurities, I have parts of my self I wish I could change or wish went there. But each day I practice self affirmation. If you believe the phrase you are what you think, then life truly stems from your thoughts. Affirmations help change our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we truly begin to think nothing is impossible. The word affirmation comes from the Latin affirmare, originally meaning "to make steady, strengthen." Start each day repeating three things that will strength your body, your mind or your soul. I promise you with time, these words will eventually become your thoughts and views of yourself. I once hated my thighs, hated that they were covered in bumps, despised the fact that when I sat down my bottom flattens out to double the size. But with affirmations and a lot of self love I now see my thighs for more than just the physical flaws I see them as something to be grateful for, something that carries be around every single day a privilege not everyone in life is granted and two powerful things that make so much of what I do each day possible. What are you going to work on loving this week?

Did you know you can feel beautiful at any weight? Did you know you can love your self with loose skin and stretch marks and imperfections? Did you know you can feel sexy without makeup? Did you know feeling beautiful or loving ourselves will never be about being at a specific weight or a certain size of jeans. Feeling beautiful and loving ourselves is directly related to healthy. Your health is what you decide to make of it, there isn't going to be a one size fits all approach. Our bodies are special and unique and we should treat them this way, we each need to fuel and look after our bodies in a way that suits us and our own individual life styles. When in doubt listen to your body, it has amazing ways of showing us what is working and what isn't. LISTEN TO THIS - Healthy is not just one shape or one size or one way of life. Healthy comes in so many different shapes and sizes. I truly believe the best way to improve our own body confidence and self love it to look after ourselves. Look after our mind, body, heart and soul - you can't expect to grow and move forward while neglecting any one of these! #selflove #bodyconfidence #bodypositive #love #health
